Is Demand Wealth a comprehensive investment solution?

Absolutely. Each of our portfolios is fully diversified and customized according to your specific situation and goals. Demand Wealth was created in order to meet all of your investment needs, including comprehensive financial planning.

What’s the best way for me to deposit or withdraw my money?

You can transfer up to $500,000/week to or from your bank account via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). To initiate a request, First go to your client portal, and then click on “Deposits and Transfers”. If you need to change your banking instructions, please email info@demandwealth.com

How do I deposit a check to my Demand Wealth account?

Primarily, we utilize Electronic Funds Transfers (ETFs) via bank link from your checking account for deposits. However, In limited circumstances, we can deposit funds via check. Please email info@demandwealth.com for more information.

How long does it take to receive my withdrawal request?

You can expect to receive your funds in your connected bank account within 3-5 business days.

Why do my account statements say that my investments are being held at TDAmeritrade?

In order to minimize the cost you pay and maximize your account’s protection, your funds are being custodied at TDAmeritrade. Click here to look over TDAmeritrade’s Account Protection protocol, and rest assured knowing that your portfolio is constantly being monitored by Demand Wealth Professionals.

How can I change my account information (e.g. beneficiaries, address, email, phone number)?

Some account information can be changed in your client portal. Click on “ My Profile” at the top of the screen. In this section, you can update: Contact Information, Passwords, Security Preferences, and Communication Preferences.

How can I set up Required Minimum Distributions? (RMD’s)

For clients age 72 and above, please email info@demandwealth.com and one of our advisors will send you a secure digital form.

Does Demand Wealth have a mobile app?

We utilize TDAmeridtrades “AdvisorClient” mobile application. Click here to download.

How does the billing process work?

Your fee will be deducted from your account at the beginning of each month.  The first month is FREE!  Your first fee deduction will be prorated for the remainder of the month after the initial free 30 day period.

I want to open a college savings account but don’t see 529 plan as an account option. Does Demand Wealth offer 529 plans?

How do I make changes to my portfolio if my risk tolerance changes?

Does Demand Wealth have an account minimum?

All of our portfolios have a $10,000 minimum.

All clients who pay for our premium Financial Planning services or schedule a Financial Consultation can speak with a Financial Advisor. We also have a skilled team of professionals ready to answer all of your questions via email.
